Born in Cannes, France, I grew up with the Mediterranean by my side, and in my heart.

Over the years, I’ve reinvented myself more than once: student crew member aka aviation lover in my early years, corporate leader, startup builder, sustainability advocate, and most recently founder of a leadership x ocean impact studio, as well as writer.

Transformation is never one-sided: alongside these recent changes on professional side, I’ve also moved out of a marriage and into a new co-parenting life.

And it's never linear. For me it's been a quiet dance between confusion and certainty — not opposites, but twin currents carrying me forward. Something in me began to reorganize when I finally dialed into this truth. When I finally learnt to integrate and let go.

I probably already knew that by growing up by the Mediterranean: that we thrive when we learn to let life flow, shift, and breathe. That we hold as much intelligence and regenerative powers as our big blue ocean out there.

My work today is an alchemy of everything that has shaped me:

• Coaching and facilitation, grounded in agile product development and startup building
• A sustainability lens forged in my climate and systemic literacy work, and the founding of The Blue Club, a platform advancing regenerative, impact-first leadership and ocean impact investing.
• Body intelligence inspired by my years of studying and practicing Fascia release, Pilates and Yoga (I'm currently - finally - completing my teacher's course!).
• Creativity from writing, dancing, and generally the arts. Because transformation is never just cognitive: it’s embodied and alive.
• Spirituality grounded in years of studying energy. I am a Reiki master and an avid Kabbalah student.
• My approach to spirituality is also shaped by my connection to Nature. The Mediterranean specifically gives me this feeling of being held, nurtured, this sense of deep spiritual powers. This feeling feeds my writing, my coaching and my facilitation.

I am also the founder of The Blue Club, a platform advancing regenerative, impact-first leadership.
